We seek to admit highly motivated students who have an interest in volunteering in the hospital, want to learn more about emergency medicine, and demonstrate a desire to assist with clinical research. Emergency Medicine Research Associates recruits during the Fall and Spring quarters of each academic year. Our next recruitment cycle will take place in Spring 2026. The application process consists of an online application, followed by primary and secondary interviews. At the beginning of each recruitment cycle, we hold information sessions to provide general program details and application deadlines. While not mandatory, we highly encourage prospective members to attend.
