Design Intern
18th Street is the largest artist residency program in Southern California. We host 50+ international artists a year, and have 25 local artists and organizations on our campus. We are looking for 88 artist/activists of all kinds (visual, performance, etc) to create art using 88 of the jail beds we used at our campaign launch, and place them in each of the 88 cities in LA County by Christmas Eve. Artists will be compensated for material costs and can use our downtown space as a studio. Application deadline is Thanksgiving Nov 23rd.
We would like to have art class on our campus during one of our elective period which is from 2:13p to 3:13p on Tuesdays through Friday second semester starting in January until June 6.

Audeamus National Multidisciplinary Honors Journal is seeking creative and scholarly work from undergraduate students for our new issue!
The Fowler Museum’s Education Department has openings for undergraduate and graduate students to serve as part-time Museum Educators. In this role, UCLA work-study students will lead interactive, hands-on gallery tours and art workshops for K-12 students, teachers, and family audiences. Compensation is $12/hr.
