Call for Artists – Mountain View Mausoleum

Friday, January 25th, 2019

At our Mountain View Mausoleum, we have an empty art gallery. This place is a masterpiece, with Frescoes and a lot of antiques but it lacks art. We are trying to find an artist who has the capability and talent to paint expression into the human face (anger, anguish, joy, etc.). We have a beautiful indoor and outdoor setting for artists. It is a mausoleum but it is quite alive: events are held here and more than 200 movies and TV shows are filmed here annually.

We are looking for two types of artists:

  1. oils or equivalent, sophisticated art, even Renaissance style
  2. a “Norman Rockwell” type painter for both painting and social commentary illustrations.
