Position Summary
Phil’s Frame Factory is seeking reliable, detail-oriented part-time team members to assist
with customer service and frame assembly (production). This role is ideal for individuals
who enjoy working with customers, have strong attention to detail, and take pride in hands-
on craftsmanship. Training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service Duties
· Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service
· Take in framing orders and accurately record order details
· Assist customers with pick-up of completed orders
· Answer incoming phone calls, including providing order updates, quotes, and general
information
· Address customer needs and concerns in a courteous and timely manner
· Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house workspace
Production & Frame Assembly Duties
· Carefully assemble custom picture frames with attention to quality and detail
· Mount artwork using proper techniques (training provided)
· Create framing packages including glass, artwork, and backing
· Secure artwork into frames (“fitting”)
· Finish completed frames by papering backs and installing hanging hardware
· Apply protective wrapping to completed frames for safe transport
· Follow all production procedures and quality standards

· Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
· Good communication and customer service skills
· Ability to handle artwork with care and precision
· Willingness to learn framing techniques and production processes
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Reliable attendance and punctuality
Physical Requirements
· Ability to stand for extended periods
· Ability to lift and carry frames and materials
· Manual dexterity for detailed assembly work
Schedule & Employment Type
This is a part-time position. Hours may vary based on business needs. Some Saturday
Availability may be required.
Compensation starts at $17.00 per hour with a raise after 60 days of employment.
