Interested in getting involved in translational psychology research? The Passionate People Project (P3) is recruiting! We are a group of students working with Professor Tara Scanlan, a pioneer in the field of the psychology of excellence, as part of the International Center for Talent Development (ICTD) at UCLA. Our work consists of interviewing various professionals passionate about their careers, reviewing the interviews for presentations of passion, and compiling these clips on an online platform with the goal of studying what makes individuals passionate about their work, eventually creating a resource for those entering the workforce to apply our findings to their job search.
