University of North Texas Grad Open Studios

*This event is in Texas.

Please join us for our M.F.A open studio event on October 22 from 4:30pm – 6:30pm. This year’s open studio event will be the first in our newly constructed studio building. Our students are excited to share their work and practices with you! See work from graduate students working in ceramics, drawing and painting, metalsmithing and jewelry, new media, photography, printmaking, and sculpture.

This year’s open studio event will take place in conjunction with “CVAD Celebrates”, an event marking the dedication of a public artwork by Mathew Richy, the opening of our new art annex, and tours throughout the art buildings. Our gallery will be open and feature the exhibition “A Banquet for Seaweed: Snapshots from the Arab 1980s” curated by Nada Shabout, Regents Professor, Art History at UNT.
