Our third annual Foundwork Artist Prize will be awarded this fall. We’re also very excited to share that this year, for the first time, we’ll be awarding the Foundwork Artist Prize to two honorees, both of whom will receive unrestricted $10,000 grants and studio visits with each of our esteemed jurors. As in years past, the honorees and three shortlisted artists will also be invited for interviews in our Dialogues program to further public engagement with their work.
For those who aren’t familiar, the Foundwork Artist Prize is an annual juried award that we started in 2019 to recognize outstanding practices by contemporary artists working in any media. This year’s prize is open to artists worldwide with limited exceptions and the enrollment deadline is October 10th.
