You are invited to participate in the 2nd Annual Yummy Bowl Benefit on Thursday, May 18, to fight student hunger at UCLA. Concerned that over 40% of our students reported being food insecure, the ceramics area in the Department of Art is hosting a fundraiser to support our community and bring attention to this pressing issue of food insecurity at UCLA.
With a donation, you can select a student’s hand-made ceramic bowl and support the efforts of the UCLA Food Closet to address food insecurity on campus.
100% of the funds raised at the Yummy Bowl Benefit will support the UCLA CPO Food Closet.

Time: 11:30 am – 1:30 pm
On Thursday, May 18, bowls will be available for pick up at Broad Art Center Plaza on campus. Lulu, the restaurant at the Hammer Museum, will be serving a yummy vegetarian dish you can fill your bowl with.
** Bowls must be picked up in person on Thursday, May 18, at the Yummy Bowl Benefit.
** Bowls not picked up will be used for future bowl benefits to support the UCLA Food Closet.
** Bowls cannot be reserved in advance.
** All bowls will be selected at the event by participants.
