My name is Margaux Kendall, and I’m a third-year Documentary Photography student at Queensland College of Art, Griffith University (Australia).

Currently, I am working as a Content/Submissions Editor with the ARGUS, a student run transmedia hub.

We are looking into the theme of “Disruption” this year and would like to reach out to anyone with a story from the last nine months relating to this theme.

Please see below for our official Call Out details;

Invested storytellers wanted!

The theme for this year’s ARGUS transmedia project is “Disruption.”

The ARGUS is a student-run transmedia hub edited by third-year Documentary Photography students at Queensland College of Art, Griffith University (Australia).

As transmedia storytellers we want to include as many mediums as possible.

We seek contributions that communicate the stories that you have experienced or uncovered during this time of global disruption.

In Australia, this includes bushfires, asylum seeker rights, Black Lives Matter and COVID-19.

What’s your story from where you’re at?

Storytelling is a way of connecting people from all walks of life. If you’re a university or high school student, journalist or artist with a story to tell, send a written pitch, maximum 200 words, to submissions@theargus.net.au

Please do not send any attachments. Once received, we will ask you to send files via our secure transfer link, along with a signed copy of our Ts and Cs.
