The Museum at Bethel Woods is dedicated to the study and exhibition of the social, political and cultural events of the 1960s, including the Woodstock festival, and the legacies of those times, as well as the preservation of the 1969 Woodstock festival site.
They would like to invite students to participate in a national poster design contest to commemorate the Woodstock 50th Anniversary! The contest will run from February 6 to March 21, and the winning designer will receive a $2,500 cash prize and an all expenses paid trip to come showcase their work at Bethel Woods during a 50th Anniversary celebration event focused on poster design featuring world renown poster artists. The winning design will be featured by Bethel Woods in an international communications effort for the Woodstock 50th.
