The Position: International Children’s Academy is looking for an energetic educator who enjoys working with children from ages 2 to 11. International Baccalaureate (IB) Primary Years Program visual arts teaching ranges from nursery to grade 5.
Qualifications: Certified visual arts teacher.Teaching experience is preferred but not required. IB curriculum requires collaboration and ability to work with colleagues. Willingness develop an art curriculum around concepts. Passion for teaching and commitment to personal professional development. Creating engaging, hands on, project based lessons/units for variety of students abilities and interests.
Salary:We have a competitive salary based on experience and the education of the teachers. This is a part time position (hourly paid) with the possibility to become a full time job for the following school year.
