Administrative Assistants: Open to both Graduate & Undergraduates

AAs help with the day to day office operations of the Graduate Student Resource Center with the goal to support the graduate student community and improve the graduate student experience. For one of the open AA positions, we are looking for a specific skillset of photographer/documenting events.

Program Committee: Open to Graduate Student Only

PCs join a team of graduate students to plan and implement a variety of programs supporting mental health, wellbeing, academic success and community development.

UCLA’s Early Academic Outreach Program (EAOP) is seeking to hire undergraduates to service high-need high schools throughout the greater Los Angeles area. Our program’s mission is to deliver personalized, knowledgeable guidance on college admissions and financial aid to low-income, first-generation, and underrepresented high school students.

As members of a statewide movement, EAOP Bruin Advisors will receive training on how to empower students in disinvested communities to explore their college options. Bruin Advisors are compensated at $20/hour and must be available a minimum of 1-2 days per week (M-F) between the hours of 8am-3pm each quarter. We are currently recruiting UCLA undergraduate students for the 2024-2025 academic year. The application deadline is Friday, May 31st at 5PM and interviews will start early July. 2024 Summer Studio Technical Assistant Positions Available

The California State Summer School for the Arts (CSSSA) is a rigorous, pre-professional, month-long training program in the visual and performing arts, creative writing, animation and film for talented artists of high school age. CSSSA provides a supportive environment in which students hone acquired skills and explore new techniques and ideas for an intense and exciting learning experience. The school was created by the California Legislature, and held its first session in 1987. Its purpose is to provide a training ground for future artists who wish to pursue careers in the arts and entertainment industries in California. The California State Summer School for the Arts is a state agency funded through a unique public-private partnership.

Sundance Lab / Telluride Filmmaker Seeking StoryBoard Artist

Filmmaker seeks talented Artist to help with Thumbnails / Storyboards for debut feature film.

The project went through the Sundance Producers Lab and is based on a short film that also played at the Telluride Film Festival.
