Get Involved – UCLA Volunteer Day 2017
Tuesday, June 20th, 2017Help inspire the next generation of Bruins on the 9th annual UCLA Volunteer Day, October 7, 2017. The UCLA Volunteer Center is seeking enthusiastic leaders to direct over 30 service projects across Greater Los Angeles. Alumni, staff, faculty, and continuing students are encouraged to register as Project Leaders or Task Captains, who contribute to the planning and completion of a Volunteer Day project and share their passion for service and information about future volunteering opportunities with new Bruins. Training for all leaders will begin in July.

One Bus, One Cause volunteers visit unique Community Partner sites to learn about various causes and organizations and complete vital service work. Bruin Shelter is a student run homeless shelter for college students facing housing insecurity. We are a registered non-profit and our inaugural fall season which will house 9 residents in a facility in Santa Monica begins this upcoming Sunday.
