Want to study and practice art on a Greek island while earning college credit? Hellenic International Studies in the Arts (HISA) is a unique international art school located on the Greek island Paros. HISA is the only accredited institution on a Greek island, offering students the opportunity to study and practice art in a beautiful, historically and culturally rich environment while earning credits toward their college degree.
The school is home to a staff of expert artists and teachers who are happy to work with artists and students of a wide range of experience, from beginners to advanced students. The small class sizes allow teachers to give plenty of one-on-one mentorship and tailor their instruction to individual student needs.
There are plenty of opportunities for students to travel to Greece and study at HISA during the spring, summer, or fall. The summer program offers students the chance to take 1-2 courses over a 3-week period and experience the beautiful summer in Greece, while the spring and fall semesters offer a more in-depth study abroad opportunity with more courses and field trips throughout the semester.
HISA is currently accepting applications for their upcoming semester, which starts March 2024, all the way through Fall 2025.
