Digital Communications Assistant
We are looking for a creative, self-motivated UCLA student to join our team as a Digital Communications Assistant! The assistant will primarily provide digital media support and occasional general administrative support to the Luskin Undergraduate Program team. Due to the nature of the work, this is an in-person, on-campus position.
Duties include:
- Creating marketing materials (i.e. flyers, posters, advertisements, Instagram posts and stories)
- Use of Canva and Adobe Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop) for these materials
- Distributing marketing materials through Instagram
- Coordinating social media channels and posts, including organizing a quarterly Instagram giveaway
- Creating and updating content for the Undergraduate Website (via WordPress).
- Assisting with general administrative tasks and event support
Familiarity or experience with Canva and Instagram is preferred.
