We are part of the cultural organization, MEChA de UCLA, and we are the project directors for the Yolotzonyo access component. We are reaching out today in hopes to extend our internship opportunity to students in your department.
Yolotzonyo is a student-run project that works with disadvantaged youth such as continuation students in the Los Angeles area, and our priority consists of cultivating community scholars with the necessary skills to be critical of their education and community contrary to what societal norms dictate.
