Position Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Phil\u2019s Frame Factory is seeking reliable, detail-oriented part-time team members to assist
with customer service and frame assembly (production). This role is ideal for individuals
who enjoy working with customers, have strong attention to detail, and take pride in hands-
on craftsmanship. Training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service Duties<\/strong>
\u00b7 Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service
\u00b7 Take in framing orders and accurately record order details
\u00b7 Assist customers with pick-up of completed orders
\u00b7 Answer incoming phone calls, including providing order updates, quotes, and general
information
\u00b7 Address customer needs and concerns in a courteous and timely manner
\u00b7 Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house workspace<\/p>\n\n\n\n


Production &amp; Frame Assembly Duties<\/strong>
\u00b7 Carefully assemble custom picture frames with attention to quality and detail
\u00b7 Mount artwork using proper techniques (training provided)
\u00b7 Create framing packages including glass, artwork, and backing
\u00b7 Secure artwork into frames (\u201cfitting\u201d)
\u00b7 Finish completed frames by papering backs and installing hanging hardware
\u00b7 Apply protective wrapping to completed frames for safe transport
\u00b7 Follow all production procedures and quality standards<\/p>\n\n\n\n


Qualifications &amp; Skills<\/strong>
\u00b7 Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
\u00b7 Good communication and customer service skills
\u00b7 Ability to handle artwork with care and precision
\u00b7 Willingness to learn framing techniques and production processes
\u00b7 Ability to work independently and as part of a team

\u00b7 Reliable attendance and punctuality<\/p>\n\n\n\n


Physical Requirements<\/strong>
\u00b7 Ability to stand for extended periods
\u00b7 Ability to lift and carry frames and materials
\u00b7 Manual dexterity for detailed assembly work
Schedule &amp; Employment Type
This is a part-time position. Hours may vary based on business needs. Some Saturday
Availability may be required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Compensation starts at $17.00 per hour with a raise after 60 days of employment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
