{"id":8460,"date":"2025-04-01T12:57:53","date_gmt":"2025-04-01T19:57:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jobs.art.ucla.edu\/?p=8460"},"modified":"2025-04-01T13:00:19","modified_gmt":"2025-04-01T20:00:19","slug":"ucla-juried-student-fine-art-show-cash-prize","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/jobs.art.ucla.edu\/?p=8460","title":{"rendered":"UCLA Juried Student Fine Art Show &#8211; CASH PRIZE!"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.uclahillel.org\/dortortevents\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">The Dortort Center for Creativity in the Arts<\/a>\u00a0(Across the street from UCLA on Hilgard Ave) is hosting its annual Student Fine Art Show where students have the opportunity to\u00a0<strong>win a $1,000 or $500 prize\u00a0<\/strong>and have their\u00a0work exhibited and juried by art professionals.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This year&#8217;s exhibit will be curated by artist&nbsp;<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/www.cathyweissink.com\/\">Cathy Weiss<\/a>&nbsp;and juried by Peter Frank.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is a wonderful opportunity for students to have their work shown and compete for a monetary prize.
