We feature work from a variety of established and emerging artists and writers. We are seeking submissions and would love to represent UCLA in our pages.<\/p>\n<p>Contra Viento is devoted to the topic of rangelands, broadly and creatively construed. We publish literary fiction and non-fiction, visual art of any interpretation, and work that blends or subverts these genres. We are interested in the mythos and ethos of the West, with specific focus on pastoral cultures.<\/p>\n<p>To learn more about our project, and for details on submitting, please visit our website: <a href=\"https:\/\/contravientojournal.org\/\">contravientojournal.org<\/a>. We expect our submissions window to remain open through March, and we will respond to all submissions within a month of their receipt.
