Gibbs Photography Contest, <em>New Delta Review<\/em> seeks a series of 5-11 photographs to be featured in Issue 9.1 Together, the photographs should tell a story, or be centered on a unified theme of the artist\u2019s choosing.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/ndrmag.org\/ndr-news\/2018\/10\/2018-19-ryan-r-gibbs-award-for-photography\/\">More information on our site.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>About our Judge:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><br \/>\nPaul Mpagi Sepuya<\/strong> (b. 1982, San Bernardino, CA) lives and work in Los Angeles, where he received an MFA in photography at UCLA in 2016.
