Our team provides a full range of event management services to a discerning clientele both domestically and internationally.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong>Internship Description &amp; Essential Responsibilities <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist in managing calendars for the Design Team<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for administrative duties such as Office Management (filing, ordering inventory and supplies, expenses, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Maintain Database and Inventory<\/li>\n<li>Heavy emphasis on daily research in support of Design Team<\/li>\n<li>Supports the Design Team with Design, Styling, Presentation and Execution of Events<\/li>\n<li>Provide onsite support as directed by the Design Team<\/li>\n<li>This is a high-pressure program. Must be someone who can roll up their sleeves and give 100% day in and day out \u2013 flexibility in personal schedule is a must (including Holidays and Weekends)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>Qualifications\/Requirements:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Understanding of and interest in d\u00e9cor and spatial design<\/li>\n<li>Excellent problem solving and organizational skills<\/li>\n<li>Proficient skill in art-related projects (DIY, Pinterest\/image research, vendor research, mood board creation, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrates initiative by confidently self-starting improvements to office procedures, reports and processes and requires minimal supervision<\/li>\n<li>Pays attention to multiple details and multiple tasks while minimizing errors<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrates ability to work on a team and willingness to give assistance to co-workers in all areas<\/li>\n<li>Must be able to maintain utmost confidentiality<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrates a positive attitude in a rapidly changing business environment<\/li>\n<li>Ability to use Cad Software (Sketch up or other 3D rendering software compatible with Sketch up and Cad are essential)<\/li>\n<li>Excellent use of Power Point, Excel and Word<\/li>\n<li>Hand drawing and sketching skills are welcomed<\/li>\n<li>Photoshop &amp; Illustrator are welcomed<\/li>\n<li>Ability to cultivate relationships with key staff<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>To Apply:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Send your resume and cover letter as Word <u>or<\/u> PDF attachments.
