The Dortort Center for Creativity in the Arts is hosting its annual Student Fine Art Show where students have the opportunity to win a $1,000 or $500 prize and have their work exhibited and juried by art professionals.
This year’s exhibit will be curated by artist Cathy Weiss and juried by Holly Jerger, Sr. Exhibitions curator at Craft Contemporary.
This is a wonderful opportunity for students to have their work shown and compete for a monetary prize. An awards ceremony will be held to announce and honor the winners on Thursday, May 18, from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
The deadline to submit work by email to our curator (cathyweissink@gmail.com) is Tuesday, March 28.
