We are CarterBooks, an Eduential LLC partner. The CarterBooks Illustrator Contest was established to encourage young illustrators to take their first steps into their art profession by offering winners, a book series partnership where their illustrations are included in published works.
This year’s theme is: “CHILDREN’S PICTURE BOOK”
DESIGN RULES: Artists can enter any original work that brings the following passage to life:
CJ opens his eyes in the darkness of his room. Thinks to himself, did I wake to soon?
He calls out, “Daaaaadddddyyyy” and guess who comes in… It’s his Mommy. She is tall and thin.
Mommy hugs him good morning then says, “Mr. Potty is calling.” CJ says, “Nooo” and begins stalling.

SUBMISSION RULES: Each artist can submit up to one (1) artwork package to illustrate the passage. All entries must be submitted using the online Entry Form. Entry fee ($25) is due at time of submission.
ENTRY FEE: $25.00 per submission | ELIGIBILITY: Open to all artists worldwide.
