Dear All,
The Broad has launched a new initiative, the Diversity Apprenticeship Program (DAP), and I wanted to share information which you could pass along to those you work with or those you think might be interested.
The DAP offers a nine-month, paid, full-time apprenticeship in preparation/art handling. We are especially interested in offering this opportunity to individuals from communities underrepresented on museum staffs.
Eight apprentices will be hired to start in June of 2018. The deadline to apply is April 18, 2018. No previous experience or specific educational level is required.
