We are looking for a student assistant to help staff our exhibit stand at the forthcoming College Art Association conference in Los Angeles in a few weeks, and I wondered if you would be willing to advertise this opportunity to students at your university? This is an excellent opportunity for students to gain access to an academic conference.
The general tasks would be helping to set up the stand; then during the conference itself being available on the stand to answer queries and process sales; then helping to put down the stand after the conference. Full training would be given, a conference badge will be provided, and we can offer $15 per hour by way of payment.
The dates and times we’re looking for are as follows:
Wednesday 21st Feb – 9am to 5pm (2 hrs only)
Thursday 22nd Feb – 9am to 6pm (all day)
Friday 23rd Feb – 9am to 6pm (all day)
Saturday 24th Feb – 9am to 4pm (all day)
